Hotel Anjali Park

I felt like this place forgot the term hospitality. They charge pretty much towards the premium side, the food is ok & ambience is good, but the service they provide is way below standard. Also, there is no such thing as first come first serve here.

I wrote earlier too.Working on very limited staff hence not worth staying at during COVID times.The establishment during non COVID times mi might be better.

As mentioned rooms are clean & neat. Room Service need to be improved. Quick response expected. It is located in market & walkable for shopping. Good hotel. Can go & stay happily

Good place, neat restaurant, tasty food, Lovely service. Parking not sufficient. Prime location, in the heart of city. Surrounded with Heavy traffic. All you can eat meals thali is very special and good. Normally not crowded but expect a waiting sometimes.

I think this is the oldest hotel of it’s kind in Kottayam, but recently renovated with all modern amenities. The renovation is well done and is presently well maintained. Rooms are neat and clean. Food in the restaurant is very good. However, breakfast is available only from 8 am, which needs to be advanced to at least 7 am.
