Hotel Aida

I used the hotel facility offered as part of the quarantine norms I had to follow on my arrival to Kerala. It was a stay for 7 days which I thoroughly felt like home. The service and the staff were extremely friendly and professional and knew exactly how and what their roles were and they totally complied with the safety norms as per the covid-19 protocols and politely guided me also to follow the same. The food and service was beyond expectations and the whole credit goes to the team and the management. Strongly recommend this place if you would want to have a peaceful stay and taste some of the best dishes you’ve always wanted..!

Recently my daughter alone travelled and stayed in Hotel Aida. Pleasant stay, staff are friendly & very polite, got full time assistance, very responsible pick up & Drop off and Safe. Nice food. One of the best hotels in Kottayam.... Has a nice banquet hall as well. The price of the rooms and food is quite reasonable.Nice parking space also.

Recently had there mutton biryani it was so spicy🔥 couldn't eat and the price is very high Staff were not at all friendly. 2 star is for the location and the settings Not recommended

We went for a function at the Rhea hall. Few items were good. But on a whole, it was bad bad quality.
