Hotel Arcadia

Highly recommended hotel to stay in the prime area of kottayam. Mr Sabu the front office manager also helped immensely to make our stay more comfortable. Would definitely opt to come back!!

Best place for lunch, pomfret fry is so tasty, although its on the expensive side. But I deducted 4 stars for their Nagambadom branch. Their appam is too toooooo small and they charge 15 rupees for it. To the arrogant lady sitting in the cash counter, i said “ok charge 500 rupees its ok but in TB road hotel. Not here because this is a kachada set up for local poor people, don’t exploit like this. I know u r staff, but inform your boss”. That lady didn’t even bother. I scolded her. I wrote this here because Nagambadam branch is not in google location and this inciden happened almost 10 months ago.

Pride of kottayam. Love this place so much. Rooftop is great space to spent some time.

The rooms are not worthy of the price. But i think with the service included (swimming pool etc) it might be worthy, but my stay was during the pandemic period so yeah.. It was grossly overpriced considering the service were suspended! So that's it. (btw the two pics i am uploading are from areas prohibited ( at least during this period) i just jumped out through the window lol

The food quality is very very bad,They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance is okay. Bad food quality, wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels.
