I did follow up via email on Thursday morning of last week, as the below reply recommended. It is now Wednesday night (almost one full week and nearly 96 hours later). XSport's customer service is absolutely abysmal. I have never had a worse customer service experience with any other company. I have never even felt compelled to complain about any other customer service experience--not even during COVID-19, when so many businesses have understandably faced more operational obstacles that may have temporarily compromised their typical standard of service.

They’re supposed to open the gym at 5:00am but they ALWAYS open late, Some people only get a few minutes workout because of their unprofessionalism of being late all the time. Please, you should change the opening hour to 5:30AM so people don’t waste time waiting for you to open.
