Rude Staff, Unclean Facilities (most of the time) and not it's worth the hassle to come to said location... Priority is Peace of MindnnI will also clarify something: Guess What, Military Personnel are the Sole Responsible for Your Freedom and Yes Why Are Getting Mucked Up Sometimes to Secure IT for You!!!! Being an Amputee and a Wounded Veteran is NOT a crime but discrimination against one IS!!!!

Currently waiting outside along with many other club members. The doors are supposed to open at 7am, but still, no one has showed up. This is not what you want now that it is getting colder outside. ***This is NOT the first time this has happened. Whoever is supposed to open up is clearly late and that is affecting everyone else.

The gym is not clean , I use to work out in sunnyside location and there was a guy who was cleaning all the time , I Been working out in this gym for about a month and I never see them cleaning , also the New York mayor limit the Capacity of people but the gym never follow the rules they have so much people , I won’t work out there again , you will definitely get the coronavirus in this gym don’t go it’s not worth it .

This gym started off really good and then slowly became this gross, unsavory operation. Was never able to get into a spin class because my membership wasn't high-paying enough apparently. The spin bikes were the same since they opened which meant they were mostly falling apart and/or broken. When I finally had enough and went to cancel, I was informed I had to pay a fee and there was a 45 day cancellation period (which also meant I would be charged for a partial month) for a gym I hadn't used in months, maybe even a year. But I was lucky I cancelled a month before the pandemic shut everything down which then brought a whole host of other problems for their remaining members and the corporate office. If they ever reopen, never ever joining another NYSC.

They're doing a fantastic job adhering to the new COVID rules. I've felt very safe at the gym ever since they reopened! Keep it up, guys!
