I would like to give this GYM center negative 10 if I can. I did online cancellation in April when the center was closed due to the virus. However, they continue charging me when they re-opened in September. Then, I went to the center to cancel my membership and also paid $10 cancellation fee. Today, I found they still charged me in October credit card statement. Can you image the center is still charging you although you've cancelled it completely? Finally, I called the credit card company and closed my credit card account. This is fraud! Anyone who cancel the membership, please also close your credit card account, because this center will continue charge you whether cancel or not. They don't care about customers, they just want the money!

I am so disappointed on this Gym, normally I don’t write comments. Due to COVID pandemic the Gym closed on 3/22, but they still charged the April membership fee. For this issue I have called the Gym many times and still not solved the problem never get the refund.

During the COVID-19 , the gym was closed from the end of March , for the whole April was closed . But the gum still charged me the money , even right now there is no any reasonable explanation. And no refund or keep credit. Terrible gym .

I went to the gym today and none of the gym members wiped equipments after using. DISGUSTING! That’s how people get sick because people are not taking it seriously. SMH.
