Gym is nice, staff is friendly, very clean. People are wearing masks. I’ve seen some people get mad over having to pay $10 to cancel and stay 45 days more before it sets in but the sales people explain that to you when you join so just an FYI

Gym itself is ok but it's very tricky to cancel it. Even I went in person to cancel it and the people from the front desk said I m all set. So I assume it's done.nAnd, five months after they started to charge me again without my permission and saying because they can't reach me on the phone. So I need to stay on phone available even five months after and can't go the personal trip?nAnd they even emailed me after they charged me not before and without permission. So if you cannot get phone calls all the time you will get charged?nnOne star only for the gym itself not for the services.

Best gym ever wide peaceful and very great staff but i wish they open soon i miss my gym thats my happy place please guys open soon miss

Horrible to cancel, heard this from multiple people while I was at the gym and I shoild have listened before I decided to stay on with them last year. The old manager gave misinformation, the new manager has an entitled attitude and is not compassionate to people who are dealing with the aftermath of COVID 19. As long as they are getting the money they want and need from those who don't have it they don't care. If you tell them you will pay the cancellation fee in cash, because I don't have a card to put it on nor do I have extra cash to even pay but I just want this done, the front desk person said they will not accept it and my account will just stay open perpetually collecting a debt on an account for no reason. It's disgraceful greed and attitudes like this that had the New York Sports Club and its affiliated gyms in the news for the fees they were collecting during Covid 19 shut down.

I used to love going to Lucille Roberts but lately I’m so aggravated with this place. Their always raising the membership. The equipment is defective, and there’s hair all over the gym floor. You definitely don’t get enough for what you pay. You’re better off saving your money and joining a planet fitness or blink because there is more space and more machines to use that work!
