Huge props to Stephanie!! Long story short, I work in the hospital and didn't feel comfortable coming back in to the gym during COVID after the temporary closure. Stephanie was very respectful and understanding and helped me to figure out my messy billing situation. Carson was great as well! But Stephanie really impressed me!

Just got off the phone with Carson and I couldn't be happier with his professionalism and helpfulness. Nice clean gym with plenty of fitness options. Good gym, good people, highly recommended.

Pros :nPriced well, Rarely have to wait for others in the morning. Nice facilitynHad no issue canceling when I left Chico.nCons :n1. This is the first gym I've been to that didn't supply cleaners on every other or every few pieces of equipment. They've established a culture where people don't even wipe their equipment after use with a towel. I often go to a machine and there's puddles of sweat on it. Can't just say it's Chico people, I went to Anytime in Chico before this and people were really good about it. Maybe it's just because a lot of older people go here but they really need to change that behavior.n2. They play pop music in the weight room I know they say they can't meet everyone's taste but they need to just stop playing it.

Do not use this jam if you are planning to get a membership this has to be the worst gym in Chico they will double bill you and they do not care about you whatsoever if you want to cancel everything is through email you can’t talk to anyone and no one seems to have answers worst facility and communication I’ve ever had the experience dealing with.nP.s. if you don’t set up auto pay (where they double charge you on “accident” then they will send you to collections without even notifying you

Stephanie with billing is extremely rude and uncooperative. Facility is dirty and many people I know had a nightmare with getting bills while they were closed for Covid. We switched to In Motion Fitness, it is only $14 more and a million times better. They were able to safely stay open through Covid as well.
