I brought my son to the free trial lesson and he was completely pumped about joining the ninja squad. The teachers were fun and exuberant while focusing on safety the whole time. I was able to get my questions answered and they were very patient with me as I thought up new ones.nnI did not end up signing my kiddos up as I wanted to talk to my husband about finances and time management. When I was ready to sign them up, I called the gym as I had one more question about which class my son would fit into - they never called me back so we missed the registration deadline. All in all a great place for kids and adults but make sure you work with them in person.

Just had a really positive experience with the staff at Maine warrior gym. My son struggles with anxiety and staff member Dave went out of his way to show kindness, compassion and motivation in a difficult moment.

I came to the 6 week program with little experience in exercise, and only a history of short-term diets that inevitably revert to the sad old convenient American diet. This program has helped me make a sustainable change in my habits and has shifted my priorities a bunch. The staff manage to be so support while pushing you to improve, which creates this amazing community of people cheering you on your journey. Definitely recommend trying it out.

My experience has been life changing. I love everything about this place, the staff are amazing and supportive. Workouts are fun. AND EVERYONE IS WELCOME I haven’t felt this good since I was a teenager(or before) After my first 6 weeks I lost over 10lbs, I have more energy, flexibility, confidence even a few cleaner eating habits and can honestly say I love “working out” I recommend this to any and everyone!

I just finished the 6 Week Challenge, and have come out of it stronger, more confident, more energetic - and I lost some weight, too! I haven't felt this good in years, and can't say enough good things about the staff, the workouts, and the meal plan. Ultimately, it's just the kind of welcoming and encouraging culture I want in a gym. The challenge was an eye-opening experience, and truly helped me reframe my mindset toward nutrition and working out. I can't wait to see what the next 6 weeks - and beyond - will bring!
