Not only was I charged during the pandemic but instead of giving my money back during a time where I was not working .Put it into store credit as if anyone in there right minds will be going to the gym anytime soon. But what really angered me about this gym is even though my account is frozen I still get charged with fees.When I tried getting contact with customer service I recieved nothing moths later is when I could finally cancel my account but probobly wont be getting that money back.

This is the dirtiest gym I have ever been too. The sauna was disgusting and never cleaned. What happened to this place? They have lost a long time member.

This is the worst customer experience I ever had. 7 month ago, I contacted the gym because I was going overseas to work. I cancelled my membership via phone and via email. The following month after I cancelled the membership, they charged my account again, when I called them back they told me my account was never closed and that I needed to speak with a manager. I left 5 voice messages for the manager that never got back to me. Finally, someone called me to offer me a promotion. I explained again to the person that called me that I was overseas, and that I have called the office many times to cancel my membership. He said he was taking care of that for me. Today, 7 month later my membership is still not cancel. Today they charged my account $211.63, when I called them they said that my account is still active and if I want to close it I need to pay $10.00 cancelation fee plus one more month of service in the amount of $43.00 dollars. Keep in mind that when I sign on last year, I didn’t want to get a contract because I was leaving outside the country for work. They guaranteed me that my membership was going to be $25.00 dollars, but today they said my membership went up to $43.00 dollars at month. TODAY, I paid all the fees. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to waist my time with this unprofessional company. I WILL NOT SIGN UP WITH NYSC EVER AGAIN!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!0 STAR COMPANY.
