Good Branch with Well behaved Staff

Sorry. Recently I am not getting any service as per my need. I am an old customer and the attitude towards customer became very bad at this branch. Manager is not approchable. And 31/8/2019 one lady officer laughed at my request and she directed me to manager who is 'next to god'. She denied to disclose her name.nAs because the account is getting handled from different locations the behaviour change is observed.nnDear staff's and manager, perhaps you are not aware the every customer has access to write /complain on branch directly to customer care and regional head. And these emails are monitored . This is for your ki d information. And I am doing so.
