Behavior of these stuffs are quite good and helpfull but their system is not so good. Like they can't even link my mobile number with their bank account it's been 1month, when I visited the bank they told me that's not their fault that's my SIM card or my mobile's fault. Such an illiterate bankers are sitting there. Their only and one ATM machine is broken and AC also not working, imagine how can you generate new pin with this broken ATM? Sometimes their server is down and I don't know why the people are opening their bank account in this kind of shity banks. Go and open your account in hdfc or pnb bank their service is the best. I'm gonna close my account thanks ubi for wasting my important time.
