Republic Packers and Movers

The experience with Republic Packers and movers was satisfactory.I primarily contacted Mr Vedprakash. He and his team did an excellent work.nThey are very professional at whatever they do.They packed furniture,glass material, crockeries nicely assuring no breakage.nnI would highly recommend them for any moving job.

Efficient handlers and good service. Mr. Ved is a soft spoken gentleman with Professional attitude. Although there was a delay in vehicle arrival but didn't cause much inconvenience to us.

The service was really good. They kept us on video call the whole time. They were also very responsive everytime. But they included alot of extra charges other than gst, which is not included in other transport services.

Since the beginning we were harassed. We informed we have a box bed, they didn't ask which type. After and carried it to their Kolkata hub they were telling me not able to ship because it is Diwan type of box bed and we need to pay extra, otherwise we have to pay 6000/- to have it back to our home. We asked Mr. Ved that being a representative, you should be asking asking your labour at the time of packing which type of bed and it's specifications because you are in this business and know which volume costs how much and set the price, not after the goods gets packed and then at late night asking for more money. Then we had to pay 2000 rupees extra as we don't have any choice.nI am paying for a box bed, washing machine, and microwave.nnBut, after goods reached to our home, we saw that microwave is broken. I asked Mr. ved who wrapped microwave within box of bed when are already paying for the microwave separately ? Why do you need to pack it within the boxes of the box bed ? It should be packed separately. He said, labour packed it , I don't know !! - See his behaviour !! Being a representative of the company he doesn't own responsibility !!nAnd it seems their labour knows nothing !! They don't know that microwave needs to be packed separately !! Pressure of the box bed can damage the microwave !!nnAnd as per Mr. Ved labours are responsible, he doesn't know anything.nnBeaware of a fraud !!
