Mayfair Darjeeling- a picturesque Manor on the hill..nI would like to genuinely appreciate everyone at Mayfair Darjeeling for such a pleasant stay and taking such great care of us even during this pandemic situation.nI can’t tell how impressed we are with the place & quality of services they offer, the sensitivity and respect shown by the entire team of Mayfair darjeeling at all times during our stay was heart touching, but unfortunately due to some unavoidable circumstances we had to call of our trip a bit early.nBut surely I will go back very soon to enjoy the charm of this Manor..nn24.11.2020, Tuesday

Excellent Property located right opposite to Governor's house on the back side of Mall. Staffs are courteous, restaurant offers a wide range of buffet from Indian to Continental and Chinese. The rooms are spacious offering great views of the valley. To see the Kanchenjunga, you have to walk only two minutes right past governors house too a view point. Heritage property worth staying.

Had an Excellent stay at Mayfair. Breakfast spread was also good, though non veg items were very few. Very well maintained and decorated property.

I booked executive room after reaching at the hotel I found they have provided me a room that does not match photos of the listed property.Then I upgraded with extra cost. This kind of hidden policy should be immediately changed property photos should properly updated to match customer expectations.nFew good thingsn1.Cleanliness top notchn2.Staff behaviour very good.n3.Well maintained.n4.Hopitality very goodn5.Room Service very goodnSome of the short comings, according to men1.Be cautious while booking room online as listed photos does match property .n2.If driving self driven cars ,parking location is very uncomfortable and hard to find on google .n3.Taste of dinner buffet needs improvement with proper menu selection and price should be attractive.n4. Breakfast menu is ok.nnMy first impression of the property was not good,after spending few days in the property I fell in love with Room no. 401 highly recommended for couple and family travellers with single child.
