I came to know of this place from an advertisement on Facebook. That was when I thought I had to visit this place. Both my wife and me are Bookworms, so this place was something like a heaven for us. Spread over two floors, Story has quite a large collection of books. There is also a collection of gift items like diaries, coffee mugs, ties, pens etc. Toys and other kid's items can be found. There is a small cafeteria where one can sit with a book and coffee /tea or some light snacks and spend some quality time. Located on the Elgin Road, it also has parking facility for four and two wheelers on the premises.

Good ambience, well maintained store, efficient staff. However, I find the costs a bit too much. Most of the items there doesn't have any discount upon them. If pocket pinch is not an issue, you can definitely jump inside. The place have a huge collection of both Bengali and English books. And the decorations are just perfect for the eyes.

I have been visiting this place since my college days. It's an amazing place where book lovers like me and sit back and read voraciously with soothing music around.nnYou have author meets too sometimes and Cafe to sip in.
