Mr Dhananjay was very helpful and complied with our request. The glass top of the table was not aligned properly but he patiently fixed it to our satisfaction.

Absolute disaster of an experience. Not a single delivery has been on time. Moreover no explanation was provided why wrong delivery was done or why delivery delayed. Fitter is ready to assemble the furniture but delivery not done. No department is aware of what the other department is doing and none of them want to take responsibility. Very prompt to take payment but not ready to take any responsibility for their own mistakes. Full payment made on 10-10-2020, delivery made in 3 installments and during each delivery there was no knowledge of when the other delivery was going to be, yet to receive replacement of wrong delivery and this time again nobody knows when. Have been promised many dates but nobody seems to care much about that and are not much aware either. I am baffled at the kind of professionalism at display and the service provided after buying products worth 1.6 lacs.
