Every December I start my Christmas shopping with Joan's.I fact my experience in Joan's makes me look forward towards a great Christmas experience.I budget and buy Christmas decorations every year.(A tree this year...a crib next year...angels and linen yet another year) The courteous staff helps me in selecting and in fact shares with me valuable tips on packing the various tiny ornaments until the next season. This has helped me very much as my decorations look fresh every year They in fact welcome me and show me around patiently as I go round the store gleefully picking things to brighten my home....a herculean task indeed All along I have gained a great friend too in Jasmine , the charming lady who runs the show. I would highly recommend the store to all around not only during the Christmas season but all year round as I make my home beautiful and welcome with many a thing this store offers

Never Again to this shop , worst customer experience and not worth coming and shopping. Lot more better options are there for shopping than coming to this place.

Went for shopping today and i must say i had the worst experience with the staff. Their staff is extremely rude and not helpful. Also they didn’t have enough products and this place is overly pricey. I will not go to this place again.
