Clean room and bathroom. Service was also good. Hotel staffs were really helpful and cooperative. Food was deliciousss.

Still under construction .nThey try very hard to please.nNice breakfast.nOHS doesn't exist eg no rails on staircases.nInternet was possible bit never strong.nRestaurant service was slow.nModern design.nHad a nice stay one night.nWould be hard to find as even Tom Tom had no finds

I stopped here in the middle of my motorcycle trip to Ladakh, this place offers a secure parking lot for cars and motorcycles, yet it is situated far from the noisy road so I could relax and sleep without being disturbed. All the rooms are very clean and tidy, bathrooms are equipped with water heaters and comfortable European style toilets, so I was able to enjoy the level of comfort I'm used to. Most of the rooms offer a marvelous view onto the surrounding mountains, I spent hours staring out of the window while doing my freelance job. The canteen of this hotel offers traditional north Indian meals as well as some common European foods. Staff is very friendly and willing to cooperate. The concierge can even help you to obtain a local sim card, and the process is tricky! Sheets and towels are always clean, mattresses are big and cosy, so it's such a relief to have a standard of hospitality while staying in this fine establishment!

It’s my fourth trip to Leh -Ladakh and honestly this is the only hotel for which I am writing a review. The hotel manager and his team are so smart to help a way out to fix any problem. We arrived in the middle of night after stuck for 6 hours in Zoila because of rain. The staff had the curtesy to serve us food and help us dry all our clothes in the middle of the night as we had to ride early in the morning they even packed our breakfast at 6. This kind of service is rare! All the best team Barula. You deserve 10 out 10.
