I have just returned from a holiday in India uf04a.One of the highlights was meeting an outstanding young entrepreneur, Upe Bhatt. Upe started and operates Ragi Adventure Camp – a wholly sustainable experience at Deoria Tal in the Indian Himalayas.nnUpe is from the local village 1.5kms below Deoria Tal. He believes in using his business to support the local community - His team are all locals, the food they provide is all local, and recycling everything is just a part of what they do. The camp is on private land cleverly located adjacent to the State Forest overlooking the outstanding Himalayas.
