If you bide in this city for a considerable no. of days, i would suggest this place for morning and evening runs/walks. The sunset is worth watching. Waking barefoot on sand and feeding the fishes can be a good passtime or you can find a bench and start reading; pure bliss!!

Perfect example of our ancient history don't know why we always study Mughal history in schools and colleges. There are too many structures in India which are far better then those which are build up by Mughals.

Calm and serene place for worshipping lord Shiva and devi parvati at the banks of Gomti river. Can spend 2 hours easily at this place.
