This bus station was constructed with lot of tall promises and expectations. It was expected to de congest the city but could not attain even a bit of it. Right on the banks of alaknanda , it lies in shambles. Few buses and trucks make way for it in the evening. During day time it serves as a shelter for the homeless and wrecks. Mornings and evenings are best used by new car and scooter learners. An epitome of wastage of government money.
