One of the best gyms in Dehradun. Helpful and knowledgeable trainers, friendly atmosphere. Separate locker rooms for men and women for privacy. Affordable price for gym membership.

Very well equipped with dumbells, MATRIX equipkents. Yoga classes are ok and Also punching and kicking bag is available which gives it an edge over other gyms.

Prosn1. Only gym in Dehradun that offers matrix machines at a price of 1500 per month (yearly I think 9,000)n2. Head Trainer really knowledgeable and he keeps on guiding you even If u are shy to ask for helpn3. Assistant trainer is also really helpfuln4. A separate female trainer for ladiesn5. Sauna bath available at no extra pricen6. Separate yoga trainer twice a week alongwith a separate room for yoga and related activities(down to earth and knowledgeable)n7. Separate lockers and washroomsnnConsn1. No geyser in the bathroom for winters.
