Horrible experience. There is no facility for patients family members to stay. Nursing behavior needs to be improved. They even don't know how to behave/talk with patients. There is no professionalism in their behavior. And top most, guards think themselves as doctors. Their behavior was very rude specifically with those people who visit hospital outside of Ranchi.

This is one of the worst hospital I have seen in my life. Literally I can say that the staffs are ready to kill you, they are insensitive, doctors said me that they don't know what type of dieses or problem the child have and they took 4 months and at last they said they don't know what exactly the problem is. The doctor told me that I am practicing for last 20 years but I dont know what exactly problem your child have. This is worst hospital they only think about money and nothing. Worst infrastructure worst treatment worst doctor and the behaviour of staffs is just more than worst....I suggest you to go to RIMS instead of this hospital.

My 8 yrs son was referred from purulia for endoscopy and colonoscopy to rani hospital ....he was admitted thrice in this hospital in last 50 days...and each time he was kept for 6-7 days in the hospital...but senior doctor rajesh kumar was not interested in endoscopy nor in colonoscopy...my son was suffering from vomiting and stomach pain...as per rajesh kumar my son is having gastro problem...I requested many time to go for endoscopy and colonoscopy but he was not interested...junoir doctors can't take decision of their own...they always said rajesh sir batayange... discharge kab karenge....rajesh sir batayange... finally I moved to Apollo Chennai...they do endoscopy and colonoscopy both and founded alsur....they prescribed medicines.....so this is the real picture of rajesh kumar of rani hospital....ek number ka FALTU doctor hai...mere 1.2 lakhs ka chuna laga diya is rani hospital ne....

worstnstaffs aur security guards need proper training , how to treat people visiting to the hospital bcoz they are not here for vacation they come with problem and pain
