Besides well experienced Doctors and rich facilities, adm staff need much more professional/behavioral skill to maintain the level of hospital.nWorst thing which I experienced is that, unavailability of pre-booking facility for appointment of OPD. People are required to reach same day around 08:00 AM for booking and will not be allowed if prescribed slots of 15-20 patients are booked for respective doctors. It doesn't matter how much distance you travelled for getting appointment.nIn this regard hospital administration should develop a transparent and systematic program so that people may experience hassle-free facility by paying such handsome fee.

Medanta- Ranchi. The worst management and the staff behavior as they are not cooperative or humble at all. Will rarely plan to visit again because of multiple reasons.n1. The Cost is quiet high as compared to other hospital and even on charging a high cost this hospital is not providing a valuable services.n2. Most of the staff there are arrogant and lacks a clear communication. They make you run many places and not answering to basic rights of patient and their attendants.n3. The management process are the poorest as they take a long time for any clearances, billing or Insurance processes.n4. Doctor I visited doesn't willing me to explain the medical process or the basic rights of information i needed.nnOverall a big shame to this hospital and it doesn't deserve the Medanta tie up or any insurance TPA tie ups. Every thing there is just a money oriented and making the things tougher for patient and their attendants.

Very good hospital with good facilities and doctors are also quiet good. Well behavioir of staff is another plus point.My one of my friend is admitted here for long time so that i used to know about this place after that incident.Thank you for your polite behaviour.

Best hospital and best surgeons for critical condition but staff's and nurses are worst behaving always neglect the patients. I have a humble request to Medanta to please allow some strict rules for your staff's and nurses.

The treating doctors are very good, visit and raviews are closely monitored, investigation facilities and decisions making on rational bais.Sugget to have one expert paramedics, nursing staff to guide the trainers in each shift in ICU and ICcU, infrastructure need to be upgraded, official billing and processing ls bit slower.Though Each Doctor is well versed and professional in their approach,l, personallDrTapas Sahoo and his team,loudable and my SPL thanks to them.My interaction with Dr Mohan and Dr Ritesh Sir was great both clinical and personal ud83dudc4dud83dude4f.
