Jharkhand War Memorial

Jharkhand war memorial at Booti More is a very good place to visit with family /friends /alone. The entry time is between 9AM to 6PM and remains open on all days. There is no entry fee but you have to enter your details in the register at the time of entry and leaving.nThere is a museum surrounded by garden, an open auditorium and a flower garden.nThe main attractions inside the museum memorial are as follows :n1. Statue of Tribal revolutionaries of Jharkhandn2. Display of tribal weaponsn3. Different rock minerals found in Jharkhandn4. Different tribal housesn5. Different old army weapons.nnOverall it is a good place to visit. The ambience is calm and serene. It is a good place to spend some quiet time away from dense urban center.

It's made in memory of those martyrs who gave their unmatchable contribution in the war of the Independence of India.nnTimings :n9 AM - 1 PMn3 PM - 6 PMnnEntry fee : FREE OF COSTnnAs soon as you enter the premises, there's a gateman singh for you to make entry in the register about your Name, Number, Entry time etc. There's a very beautiful garden spread aap over the Cemetery Premises.nnPoint of Attraction :nA Unique Structure khade in the middle of the Premise of the Cemetery. Lovely garden, well maintained. Has a small museum inside. Had a good time.

Quite calm place. May be you find yourself alone because people prefer to visit other places like waterfalls and all, and turns ignorant towards the martyrs, who sacrificed their lives so that we can easily roam across the country.nYou will really enjoy the sanctity of the place if you have jeal to pay tribute to the martyrs.nIt is near Booty More, but neither shopkeepers nor auto Ricksaw drivers knows about it.nThe most shocking moment for me was, there was a Traffic control post just 100 mts. from the memorial, two police men were there and even they were unable to tell about it. Totally ashamed.nBut than Google came for help. The memorial is under control of Army, well adorned and well disciplined.nEnjoy the pics. And visit once you go to Ranchi.
