Hotel Arcadia Regency

Rude and ignorant staff , poor worst food , less than average ambience and worst room , I sat on the chair and it just dismantled, the chair was broken in the room, improper hygiene no proper view , ruined our alleppy experience . Please never go here.

I was visited 2 years back . Till remember the excellent service and support by Hotel staff. Complimentary breakfast provide us in parcel at morning 4.30am with fruits for children. Thanks for giving excellent experience in Kerala trip. Best Service

Residency is located in market and there was no facility for hot water as we're having children it ws difficult fr us later on..on next day thy hv provide us...if u VL forget smthng during checkout never ever u VL get back...housekeeper are theft I should say irresponsible staff and never such bad experience in life I had and in morning till evening in lobby they are selling harddrinks very bad and poor ambiance bad crowd in lobby....never ever preferable for family couples and wth children

Fornt lobby with liquor supply as if it's not hotel it's beverage cooperation. Liquor smell through out. Pathetic
