Kerala Luxury Houseboat Alleppey

best place for spend holydays... great service...

I have booked a family room in Kerala Luxury Houseboat. But when I arrived at the house boat the realistic image was different from the images shown in their website/some where else. The room was just a small room with dimensions around 7'*6' and bad odour room. I was taken to the room and not even a glass of water was offered. No drinking water was provided at the room and AC was not switched ON after several requests and no fans were there in the room. I have requested them that is this the same boat for which the booking was made. As no feature was same as was shown in the website. The food quality was not up to the mark. Overall my experience was bad in the Kerala Luxury Houseboat and even after talking to the people of Kerala Luxury Houseboat my problem was not solved. Hence I recommend not to book any room with Kerala Luxury Houseboat and not to waste your precious money.

I booked for premium boat with full time AC but it doesn’t looks like premium boat and AC wasn’t been turned on either. Unfortunately, noticed lizard near food serving area. When comes to good part, staffs are friendly and food was delicious throughout the trip. It would be nice to follow the itinerary what the guests were provided and appreciate if it changes further better from next time.

I had visited the Kerala with my friends and we had a great stay there. Specially the staff is cooperative. The food is very delicious and specially prepared according to kerala tradition. The rooms are neat and clean providing all amenities. The staff has arranged the decoration for birthday with music and cake. Thanks a lot with had a wonderful time and will surely visit again.

House boat ride was awesome. One should experience this atleast once. Staff on board were very homely and showed a very good hospitality. The food was nice. But as the chef was a local person, so they don't know to cook a tasty North Indian dishes.Otherwise the people enjoyed South Indian and fish food. Full ride your rooms are with AC on. Beautiful scenes from the rooms window. The balcony on the deck is very beautiful and you can have a very awesome and beautiful scenes to capture in your Camera from here.
