Just like every other livelihood colleges 9f the state. The college provides skill training for some job or survival to tribal or underprivileged people in skills such as electrician, plumbing mechanic, tailor, driving, e.t.c. An employer can recruit from here by talking with the principal. One can also ask from the trainee for the need full work for their home, office or whatever.
