Dhamtari bus stand is a very busy bus stand.Elephant Konta Sukma settles for Bijapur Balod.Bus stand toilets are also in good condition.The police has a good system in the bus stand.The police system here is much better than other places in Chhattisgarh.The ome dairy is located in the bus stand. Paneer milk is available here in very good condition.RO water dispenser is also available at the bus stand.The bus stand has a dal bhat center where food is available for ₹ 5.

Dhamtari Christian Hospital is a large, self-supporting hospital begun by Mennonite Church missionaries in the early 20th century.nnWhile North American Mennonites no longer subsidize any part of the hospital's program or physical plant, the hospital continues to yearn for connections to American Mennonite friends, including an open invitation for medical personnel to serve in short-term assignments.
