This river point is near to Gupteswar temple. I went here on 2012. At that time the roads here were not that well. and i think it deserves more maintenance to preserve the natural beauty that it has & to keep cleanliness around the perimeter of the river front. Toilets should be made in more numbers to reduce open defecation near the river front. It makes visitors really uncomfortable who come here from long distance to take a deep on the holy river.

Gupteshwara a place 55 km away Jeypore, Koraput District in the state of Odisha. It is a limestone cave discovered some time ago and has a number of scenic spots around, Cave, temple, river all in one place. The Shiva linga which is said to be increasing in size every year. Banked by the Kolab river, a 2m high lingam stands in the cave. There is another cave attached to the same mountain, Good natural place, please do not litter there. Its a natural beauty and in the name of religion people use to throw plasic lotas, kamandal, wood, cloth in the main gate side.
