Equipped with latest body building and weight loss machines..nIt is one of the best Gym in the citynIt helps me reduce my body weight and strengthen muscles just in 4 months.nIt is unisex gym and both cardiovascular and strengthen workouts available...nTiming 6am to 11 am and 5pm to 10 pm Sunday close.

Reasonable fees,friendly atmosphere, availability of proper number of workout machines, good trainers.nAnyone who lives near torwa, rajkishore Nagar, Railway area, Hemu Nagar etc ...this is the best option for gyming
