We booked a 3 bedroom space at this property 5 days before our arrival and still on arrival the rooms weren't ready. Other issues with the property were- 1. No locks on the bathroom door. 2. Broken panes on doors and windows. 3. 1 bathroom not functional. Out of 2 bathrooms. 4. Only 1 geyser available for 3 rooms. 5. No handles on doors. 6. Remotes not working. No batteries. 7. No bedsheets and pillows provided on arrival. Had to repeatedly ask. 8. Broken towel racks in bathrooms. 9. No functional kitchen. 10. But the most disturbing issue was the service. Nobody from the property was least bothered about the service being provided. They couldn't care less. So, don't even think about spending a few days there with a family. All they were interested since we reached was getting the remaining amount.

Best place for a weekend get away. It gives you a game lodge atmosphere as it located near forest area. U could see wild animals roaming around. Rooms are spacious and have good ambience. Kuruva islands is the nearest tourist spot.

I visited Casacolinica with my parents for a 2 nights stay. Its a new place started by Jijo. Its a tough task to build and maintain cottages in such terrains and remote location but I must admit Jijo and his small team made their best efforts to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The cottages are amidst a good green cover, tastefully done layout, ambience and decor of farm and cottage. Lush green cover of plantation trees, Jackfruit trees, natural cover etc. Kabini river flows right at the backyard of the farm but you need to take short walk to have a view of the river. Kurva islands are mere 5-6 kms away( 15-20 minutes) drive from this resort. They also arrange a night safari and Camp fire, of-course at additional costs. A good getaway from the busy City life for a relaxed weekend.. dont forget to just sit back and enjoy the sounds of nature in the morning hours.

Awesome place to stay. All staffs are very friendly and honest. Best place for 1st timers as the resort owners themselves take initiative to help their customers. Big thumbs up 👍🏻
