Abad Brookside Lakkidi

The is one of the best resorts I have stayed in. We planned a road trip from Bangalore and reached the place in evening time. The place is located on the top of the hill/ forest/ tea estate area. The road to the resort is very steep and better take a pick or drop in their 4x4 vehicles. The hospitality is amazing and they have a very good quality food services. Rooms are pretty clean and there is a lot to do in the resort itself. You can easily spend 3/5 days and enjoy the breathtaking views and early morning birds chirping and various animals like wild monkeys, ducks playing near the water stream.

I really liked this property. Very calm and relaxing place. Close to nature. There is a water stream running along the sides of this resort. One thing I didn’t like is the pricing for the food. They serve ordinary food at higher price. If the food was of better quality we could accept but unfortunately that isn’t the scenario.

They are not prepared to accomodate much people just yet. Needs to improve on the quality of service delivered a little. The staff are good, but not many to support the guest have a peaceful time.

Good one with nice amount of staffs. But you will never get more private rooms. Not recommended for honemoon couples. You will get delicious and tasty foods all the time. Restuarant people are also good. Take your own vehicles there. It's a different experience.

We travel 3 to 4 kms away from the main road in their Jeep.Food is delicious. Rooms are neat.
