Hi Parag,nnGreetings. I have known you since 1-2 years and we have done Andaman deals in the past. But I am sorry to say this will be our last deal together.nnEven after speaking to you and getting assurance from you, customer was not provided good service. Infact they had a accident on the last day while going to havelock..nnCustomer spoke to me at length and told me this is the LAST TIME HE TRAVELS WITH SIMPLY OFFBEAT. I HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE because of your teams recklessness and bad attitude.nnPlease see below points which customer mentioned:nn1) Susan was very friendly on the first day, after that he did not attend the customer even after customer speaking to him few times.n2) Susan drivers did'nt turn up so his drivers sent third party on his behalf. Third party drivers had their own clients and had they were running into fix specific time slot and were not available to my client at his convenience, he was made to rush for every sightseeing etc.n4) On the day of drivers strike other tour operators provided their clients with two wheelers service free of cost and our driver denied the same even after customer was willing to pay for extra amountn5) Driver also had an accident with an another car while my customers were in passenger seats. Thank God, no one was injured and they could make to the port on time.n6) Customer told the drivers to call them from reception since their Vodafone sim was not reachable. But the drivers told they will not do it since its not their job...n7) Couple of sightseeing points were left out.n8) Client was supposed to do Snorkelling on Elephant beach however due to strike customer was taken next day to bharatpur beach however driver informed them in harsh way to do snorkelling with there own money.n9) Even after getting assurance from you, candle light dinner was not offered to the client.nnWe are in customer service industry, I believe in providing excellent customer service. But I believe this is not the case with your organization. Really disappointed.
