Had a wonderful experience with Experience Andamans Tours Ltd!!! A well known and the best travel agency in Andaman and Nicobar Island...nnMe along with my friends visited Andaman Islands during Jan 2020 we booked a customized package with team EA and from the start the customer associate really planned our trip keeping in mind everything thing like leisure time, sightseeing (must visit places) & adventure activities as well...As the island has too much to explore and with Experience Andamans team you can do it really well...I and my friends will also appreciate the transfer and operations team as well...As they were the always their for us during the whole trip...Drivers were on time as we were coordinate earlier..We individually had a tour coordinator who use to arrange our trip and also they use update us the timings on priority basis so we could enjoy our trip..Although we were bit late in some places but their team were very patient and coordinated with very well...Their team their arrangements , their work and most importantly their ORANGE T-SHIRT (Really helped us during the whole trip, It was like the bench mark for us) is really professional...Hats off to the team, best wishes for the future!!nnWould really like to experience the blue islands (Kalapani) again with Experience Andamans!!!!

The worst service I have ever recieved in my life. I booked my ferry tickets from them in month of march and travel dates were in April. I cancelled the tickets due to pandemics and requested for refund.nThey kept on repeating to wait due to Corona things, i kept patience. After 3-4 months, they stopped replying to mails and all their customer service numbers are either switched off or out of service.nIn month of August I dropped another mail, and they replied that ferry business(Makruzz) is not returning money or may be providing credit shell. I reached Makruzz directly and to my surprise the refund for the tickets have been already processed and added in agent's wallet.nnAnd these guys do not want to give the customer's money back. This information they were supposed to update the customer by themselves, but even after dropping mails, they are replying just once in a while and that too with false information..nNever book from them or otherwise they will take you to the path of misery and painful follow ups.nI might not be receiving my refund, but I dont want others to get into the same trap.

A very well spent holiday. All the staffs are very professional. Let it be the drivers or the tour managers all are very polite and professional. Value for money trip.

The owner lies around about the refunds that has to be made to the customers. They was no response from this frauds after the payment was made.for all the updatesnnI have already contacted you and your email also. This is the problem because you are not bothered about your customer and the money paid to you
