The worst unprofessional service ever.... I have not expected this from the Samsung service people...nnThey don't know what the problem was... I had a problem with the wiring, but Mr. Zakeer who came to my house said that the motor needs replacement which costs 2800 rupees. He just saw my washing machine and charged 300 rupees absolutely for nothing, and faulty diagnosis.nnThen some other mechanic came and just serviced rather effortlessly. Please don't go for this service.
