Nobody picks up the Telephone.nYour pharmacies do not keep proper essential medicines nothing is available across the counter.stock position is pathetic.nStaff is incompetent and not responsive. They need to be customer friendly.nMost of them are school dropouts.nI get messages saying that Dettol Hand sanitizers and Masks are available. You run a store for selling items that are found in most all non-medicine shops.nAny medicine you ask for is not available.nIt is a shame.

Mr. Praveen attended the call... He is a moron!! He hesitated to do door delivery in case of emergency... I have faced this just now. He speaks in a sleepy voice n literally waits to disconnect the call... This is just ridiculous!!nBut Mr. Pavan himself called n delivered the medicine without charging any extra cost.
