Fixed price shop for Assamese traditional dress

I had a very bad experience with this store. I had purchased a pair of Ghicha silk mekhela chador on 22nd Sep, 2018 for ₹ 5600. The product was clearly identified as Silk mark. To my horror, the pair clothes started showing damage only after single use, to inform you it was not exposed to any washing or laundry work. While I tried to contact with the store, they were very reluctant to address my issue. They gave some lame excuses like it happens sometimes etc. As a consumer, I definitely expected a positive gesture from the store. I will definitely not recommend anyone to purchase any item from this store.
