i take services regularly from studio 11. but this time when i visited studio 11 phoenix mall i saw the staff has been changed and sorry to say that the staff is worst. specially the receptionist her behavior is worst. She has no manners how to talk with others. false argument was on the top. hair stylist rehan was not at all know the value of hair of a client. Second time totally disappointed. worst service and behavior. will never go there.
