Kindly hire some good staff or visit Tony and guy once to see how saloons work....

Wella professionals bareilly is a complete fraud. They cheat innocent customers. Few months back my mother has taken coupon service from Wella as the sales person who came to sell the coupon was forcing her to buy it. As per the rules of service, 3 services can be availed in one go, but when my mother asked for the same, they refused to give 3 services and said it's not mentioned anywhere. As my mother cannot read English, she could not argue with them. Last week she went to avail threading and head massage service. The person at the counter instead of cutting 2 coupons, cut 3 coupons (which included saree draping service). We dint check the same and came back. When my sister went to avail saree draping service, then we realised they have cut 3 coupons. The same thing has happened in the past when they have cut waxing service, even when my mom didnt avail it. I would just like to say that don't ever go for any service from Wella, as they cheat customers.
