Staffs are lack etiquette's and the attitudes towards the customers are below average. Surprisingly, The branch assistance manager seems not so professional as he couldn't professionally guide me. He had enough time to use his phone but couldn't spare a minute to me and send me to the wrong counter, my valuable time was wasted. Later on, I heard from one of the staff that he is good for nothing

To submit KYC, I waited around one and half hour, worse service for customers, I ever got from BRPL complex Dhaligaon. At least they provide two cabins for their faster service.
