pathetic service they provide to customer n somtime dare is no staff in counters for 30 to 50mins...n dey dnt know how to behav wt customers n alys in angry mood dey speak n very less knowlegable person..dnt know how dey got job in SBI...TODAY i ws in counter number 3 for more den 50mins n no staff was dare...worst service...n mangr shud look aftr all dis..ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Worst bank...and yeah the worst branch in the world.
SBI bongaigaon bank officers r rude specifically in loan department. I went for education loan but they said all unnecessary things n refused to give loan. Very bad behavior. Not customer friendly.
