The Gold Gym at Ganeshguri is too good. The staff is very friendly and the trainers are very well behaved and very helpful. Equipments for exercise are advance. They maintain a proper hygiene. There are two bathrooms one toilet and one room for taking steam bath. There are separate changing rooms for gents and ladies.nOverall I found this Gym the Best in Town.

Machines are old.. while using few machines you can hear noice coming from it .. gym seems old.. unattractive interior too..

Hygiene is very bad , gym too small I went there but will not take membership during these covid times don’t know place makes me feel like suffocating

good for weights and yoga. wish there was more training for boxing or mma and calisthenics
