cleanness is great, just half an hour from Sibasagar, people are very helpful.

Very nice atmosphere. Neat and clean plus satisfactory facilities. Several tea-stalls and small stalls are there. So that one can buy snacks or beverages while awaiting the train. Drinking water facilities are available (though not very clean water).nMost importantly almost all the trains have stopage here. So, it is thengo-to station of all the people in Simaluguri as well as Nazira town.nTaxis, autos and e-rikshaws are present all the time, so it is easy for the passengers to to take them (right after getting out of the train) and then go to their destined location.

Nice platform . Almost every train have a wait here, so one could find hassle free ways to travel to distant places from this station . At maximum time this platform seems to be overcrowded by travellers which hints it to be one of the most busiest stations( specifically junction ) of Upper Assam.nMany tea stalls are available inside the station ,so one should not worry about the food to be consumed ( specifically beverages but rotis excluded) during the waiting hours .nHope this helps. This is a small is a railway junction. It doesn't have many luxurious facilites but still functions ok. Many mail and express trains stop here.
