I had booked for bridal reception makeup. ....due to pandemic I was not able to use that service....so on mutual understanding it was decided that I can use that advance money for any other service at the salon When I called them for service the staff was at once ready to provide the service but as soon as I told I will take hair spa she said u come tomorrow... surprisingly saloon was not responding to my call the other day...not even messages.....on top of that...they charged 3300 for that rubbish and utter nonsense spa...that too for less than shoulder length hair...even in Bangalore...lakme salon don't charge this much...this shows...how cheap service at high cost is provided there....just in the name of lakme...it's working... bloody frauds....locals never refer lakme...they always say...looks for some other place...lakme is big cheater in Gaya....u can trust VLCC..BUT NOT LAKME....BIG FRAUDS..CHEATERS....

Wort experience and I will never suggest anyone to go their and waste your money. I went for my sister bridal makeup and trust me it was horrible and when I humbly request them to plz make it normal so that no one should point out ...but the lady she told bcz her skin is superdry so to cover them I did this..and she was not ready to improve, which they never let u know when we booked.we have just wasted our money bcz after reaching home one of my relatives have done the makeup for her. I'm not saying Lakme parlour is bad but in gaya it's the worst. Just for the name sake they have opened the Lakme saloon.nI really hate it..on the special occasion that too on ur marriage day how could u do this..I don't want to rate this saloon even 1/5.. anything less than one will be less for them.

Worst experience....I was there for cleanup...& I choose a cleanup worth 950rs. girl who was attending me doesn't even scrub my face for 5minutes even all she has done is put in scrub all over face & let it dry for 15 min & then scrub it for min & wiped my face. So, there cleanup doesn't involve anykind of massage n scrub.all they done is put products on ur face ,let it dry & wipe them out.

Quite an amazing experience. Thanks to Mr. Satya for hair straightening service. I am loving my hair. They work in a really professional manner and are very cooperative.
