My wife and I always love to come out to the Millcroft Inn. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are rustic style and well done. The Spa was perfect. The hot spring pools are amazing. Even living just a short 15 minute drive away we are always excited to spend some time here. However there is some neglect beginning to show. We specifically reserved a Croft suite so we could have a personal hot tub which, wasn’t functional nor after repeated requests was addressed appropriately. Our room also had a broken towel rack and only decaf coffee. (Bring your own kettle and instant coffee). That said the staff and the dinning are still wonderful.

Had a great experience at the Millcroft Inn! We stayed for one night on a weekday in the crofts (Note that the weekend rates are much more expensive). We had our own private entrance and the suite was very spacious and cozy! We spent some time in the 2 outdoor hot springs, and had a relaxing time. Due to COVID, we dined in our room, and ordered 2 appetizers as part of the temptations package. This was a great experience, with the fireplace and dining setup in the room. The mushroom taster was great! Furthermore, they gave us a free bottle of wine with a card as a free birthday gift. The next morning, we enjoyed some espresso on the private patio and walked around the property. The staff throughout the stay were very welcoming, and the decor was very cute and homey. Would fully recommend!

Great customer service all the way through. Easy social distancing on Tuesday and Wednesday. Amazing food! Highly recommend the beef tenderloin and the steak is great (definitely worth the added surcharge if you've got a package). Panna cotta and the chocolate are sublime.nnThough some people have said that the rooms are dated, we found them quaint and the bathrooms was modernized. Don't forget your bodywash though, as only conditioner, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap were provided. I highly highly recommend upgrading your room to a deluxe. We stayed in the main mill... It was awesome.nnThe grounds are beautiful - there are multiple pools at the spa. Trails are great. The front desk gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary, which was such a sweet touch to an already fantastic stay. Can't wait to go again!

Booked in advance for crofts with hot tub. While the fireplace, food, and maintenance were amazing... letting us stay in a room knowing there's a broken hot tub waiting for you, not so.nMaintenance (one young lad) spent his time filling it with hot water from the dam water hose.nnRest was greatnSpa was oknSwimming was pleasantnStaff were great but antisocialnBetter management for 5+

My husband and I stayed in one of the Croft rooms with the double person hot tub for a mini honey moon during Covid-19 ,in our package we got dinner and breakfast with that and we also paid for two massages, the food was good, we didn’t have much of a selection for breakfast but it was fine. The major thing we were disappointed with was our room , it was very out dated and falling apart ... the trim, the tile , the carpet , Plus a lot of stains ... updating the rooms fixing them up making it worth the money would go a very long way here and if that happened we would definitely would of been coming back! If wear your sleeping ( a room away from your own bed) isn’t important to you then this place would be perfect! Great views , well organized , and the staff were very nice.
