This hotel is awesome. We stopped here on our rv trip with 3 small children, during a snow storm, in the middle of a pandemic. They were super friendly, accommodating, and all staff wore a mask and social distanced. The library is amazing and the grounds are beautiful! We kind of stumbled upon this gem, but next time we come to taos, we'll definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time we'll be able to take advantage of the spa. Highly recommend to anyone who's coming to stay in taos. Oh, also, only 10 minute walk to the plaza. And the breakfast was spot on, especially the pancakes!

Our king bedroom at El Monte Sagrado was the best, most elegant we've had in New Mexico. The grounds we're gorgeous with the deciduous trees all in full color. When pricing hotel rooms you have to be aware of the resort fees, and EMS is no exception, but the addition was only about 15%. The video service was pure DirecTV complete with gobs of channels. Breakfast for two was a modest additional $8 and was over-the-top excellent.nnThere's a lot to love at El Monte Sagrado

My only regret is that we only stayed here 1 night. Took my fiancée on a vacation to Colorado and thought we could make a stop at this location as it looked nice online. I’ve got to say, the online pictures do not do this place justice. El Monte Sagrado is one of the most beautiful resorts we’ve ever stayed in! From the resort entrance, to our Casita everything was absolutely spectacular! So much so, my fiancée and I are now determined to have our wedding there in 2021 hopefully once all this Covid stuff calms down. Beautiful beautiful place, we couldn’t recommend this location enough! Will be in contact soon to get wedding information!

My Wife and I went here for our anniversary. We had a very pleasant stay. Everyone at the Hotel was very Professional and thoughtful. We wished we could stay every day at this place it was so amazing. Thank all of you for such a lovely stay! P.S. If one is available try to stay in one of their Global suites its amazing!

Friendly staff, great amenities. Room service prices are a scam, but that's all hotels. Plenty of local eats nearby and great, quiet, rooms. Get a view of the sacred circle.
