Worst Staff. New trainer has no manners and talks absolutely rubbish to their customer. There is no respect for women and he goes on insulting the members of the gym. It used to be good but not anymore. The trainer has left me utterly disappointed. Never go this place. Don't recommend at all.nEDIT : There is a basic etiquette that is supposed to be followed and you have failed to do that. I'm sorry but it remains unacceptable behaviour. Reviewing is a basic customer right and nothing unfair about it

Great staff with really well experienced Trainerud83dudcaa and always their to help you .nAnd all the equipments are well maintained.nAnd the most important thing is the Humble behaviour of staff.nHighly recommend.

One of the best gyms in silla..because of its schemes,machines and hygiene as well.My experience went well and whenever i visit my hometown i.e. siliguri i always go there.

excellent trainers, hygienic gym, they are well behaved and knowledgeable they gave the best service to clients, I myself have a great experience in this gym, owner Mr. Amit Das is very knowledgeable about fitness nd diet, in one word one of the best gym in siliguri.

Under personal training I got my six pack within 6month ... nice gym & well trainer (result matters)
