This goes to the extra mile customer service that was provided for me. I had ordered through the website and the cake they delivered was damaged, there was no way to figure out what vendor was delivering my order. It was my brother's birthday, he realized it after an hour of the delivery about the damage. I was on hold with the customer service for over an hour but to no solution. Out of options, I called the store hoping I'll get some information, Mr Anshumali took it upon himself to investigate the issue even though he could have easily told me that I should contact customer service only. He went the extra mile to get my previous order cancelled and provided a new fresh cake which was delivered to my house in an hour. It was exceptional customer service on his part. Kudos!

A heartfelt thanks to Mr.Anshu for arranging a quick Father's Day bunch of roses at 9:30pm as my last resort. To be honest, I checked every flower delivery options online and offline as well but failed. None of them were ready to deliver in 2-3 hours time. I was very sad and irritated. Amidst this lockdown, sharp at 9:01pm I tried my last luck to check if FnP would deliver it, I googled their contact number, contacted Mr.Anshu and without even paying, my flowers reached the required destination and to the father in law who was waiting for my gift on father's day. Everything was done swiftly and i just shared details over sms. I paid later via Gpay. He actually waits for my gift, even if a single rose would make him happy but this time Mr.Anshu helped me with 10 red roses bunch beautifully done and wrapped with love was delivered at 10:00pm that too in Patna. I was just coordinating over sms from Bangalore and my day was made. Once again, thank you Mr.Anshu and wishing you all the goodluck for your venture. Your customer delight was on another level and he could not say 'No' to me because he gauged from my voice how desperately I needed this on Father's Day. I ordered at 9:15pm and roses were at home at 9:45pm.nnThank you once again so much, Anshu :)

From the cake, roses, service everything was perfect!nI had placed the order on call, from payment to follow up, everything was super swiftly and professionally done.nMy regards to the entire team, you guys are really doing job.
