Kollam Head Post Office

The place is located at chinnakada, Kollam just beside the national highway, Beside the roundabout. Easilyaccessible from the road, also noticeable from the road. It is a large building with about 9 counters for customer engagement. There is dedicated parking lot. Seating available inside the post office. Trees and greenery around. Also the trees provide good shade for the exterior side. Friendly staffs. I last visited during the Pandemic, and they had all the protocols followed, and measures taken for yhe same.Only thing that bugged me was the inefficient crowd management and lag .

Kollam Head Post Office is a nice and cool place. It's situated in the heart of kollam city and called the place as chinnakada

I went for aadhar updation ! There was a seperate counter for it but it was vacant and when i asked about it , they are suggesting banks and akshaya centres ! Pure negligence of duty !
